Our vision is to help people live the lifestyle of their dreams now or in the future when that mission includes living or investing in real estate overseas.

Our mission is to help people acquire overseas properties hassle-free, safely and without paying “gringo” pricing so that they can live the lifestyle of their dreams. We do this by providing free education and by creating real estate purchase opportunities overseas when there is a gap in the market.

We are passionate international real estate investors who met on a forum of the BiggerPockets website. After replying to many questions on the topic, we realized that there was a lack of educational resources to help people buy real estate overseas whether for lifestyle or investment. We decided to start one and so buyrealestateoverseas.com was born.

This is because they don’t have the knowledge and connections on the ground. That’s why we decided to create our own development projects, through which buyers are able to get exclusive terms. This will strongly decrease their risks and prices and so give them access to better deals.

We are two passionate international real estate investors who are on a journey to help people discover the benefits of purchasing and investing in real estate overseas. We empower buyers/investors by sharing our knowledge, experience and expertise or allowing them to invest with us. To meet the demand, we put together a team to be able to offer our own developments exclusively off-market. Our aim is to have better offerings than what is otherwise available on the market.

Mike Lambert

Mike Lambert was previously an accomplished international banker with large banks in Europe, the Asia-Pacific and North America. He generated hundreds of millions of dollars in business across the world for these banks. Today, he is a full-time international real estate entrepreneur and has been acquiring properties in Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Mike started doing business in Mexico around 20 years ago so it was only natural that he started his international real estate journey in that country several years ago. Since then, he’s been helping many people buy real estate in Mexico (and other countries) by sharing his experience, expertise and knowledge on the well-known BiggerPockets website. Given the lack of educational resources on international real estate investing, Mike decided to start buyrealestateoverseas.com with Kevin Suarez Sabugo.

In order to help buyers and investors further, Mike started Alkemi, together with Kevin. Alkemi is a new and unique concept in the world of vacation rental and real estate development in Mexico, created by investors for investors. Alkemi’s purpose is to solve the main problems related to purchasing property in Mexico: the lack of financing, unnecessarily high prices, the risks involved in buying pre-construction and the difficulty to find trustworthy local professionals to help with the acquisition and management of properties.

Kevin Suarez Sabugo

Kevin Suarez Sabugo is a former software engineer who worked with large companies across North America, India, Western and Eastern Europe. He worked on ecommerce platforms generating millions of dollars in revenue per day. He started to invest in real estate a few years ago and his real estate journey took him through owning properties in Europe and North America.

Today, he’s a full time international real estate entrepreneur working on buyrealestateoverseas.com and Alkemi with Mike. As outlined in our ebook, there has never been a better time to buy property in Mexico and one of the main reasons is the explosion of the number of remote workers who buy or rent property there. Kevin is actually living it, as he’s been spending a large amount of time in Mexico with his family in order to work on our opportunities there.

Also, people have regularly asked if they could invest with us or buy from us. In response and with our mission in mind, we decided to do our own projects.
